Design-Build reduces delivery time and insures on budget planning. The Owner hires the General Contractor as a single point of contact and accountability on every aspect of the project. Design-Build has many advantages. It shortens the duration of the pre-construction phase by providing actual and dependable pricing in early. With the General Contractor readily on board, commencement of construction may begin upon receipt of the appropriate permits. In many cases, some initial phases of construction may begin while final design is pending.
